On 10–11 December, partners of the Teach Peace Erasmus+ project gathered in Warsaw, Poland, for a transnational meeting hosted by Foundation Rozmawiajmy. Partners from Finland, Poland, Estonia, Austria, and Ukraine came together to reflect on progress and align on next steps.
Key outcomes of the meeting:
Partners discussed the results of the surveys conducted with trainers and adult educators, sharing experiences from the data collection process and initial observations. These insights form the basis for the project’s research report, helping us better understand the real needs, expectations, and everyday practices of educators across different European contexts.
Building on the research outcomes, we explored the content and structure of the upcoming peace education training programme for adults. The programme will focus on strengthening core skills related to dialogue, cooperation, and constructive interaction, and will be supported by practical guides for both trainers and adult educators to use in their work.
The meeting also focused on how to effectively share the project’s progress and results. Partners discussed the development of the project website, social media presence, and upcoming newsletters, ensuring that the project reaches educators, stakeholders, and wider audiences across Europe.
Next up: finalising and analysing the research report based on collected data, translating it into the languages of all partner organisations, and developing the peace education training programme for adults.
The Teach Peace project is implemented within the Erasmus+ programme, with the support of the European Union.
