We’re happy to share that the Training Programme — the first output in our Building Peace Through Dialogue series — has now been published on https://youth-space.net/training-programme/
Developed within the Teach Peace Erasmus+ project, the Training Programme supports adult educators, trainers and facilitators who want to integrate peace education and dialogue into their learning activities. It combines theoretical background with practical exercises, reflection questions and tools that can be used both for personal learning and in group work. At the heart of the programme is a dialogic approach to peace education.
The Training Programme is structured around three key modules:
Inner Peace — skills related to emotional intelligence, self-reflection and resilience
Skills for Peace — skills related to dialogue, active listening and conflict resolution
Actions for Peace — skills related to civic engagement and everyday actions that can strengthen peaceful and inclusive communities.
Each module includes practical exercises and reflection activities that help participants connect the topics with their own experiences. The programme also contains a dedicated section on how to prepare and facilitate a dialogue session — from creating a safe and respectful atmosphere to developing guiding questions, working with emotions and supporting meaningful conversations on difficult topics.
The Training Programme is available in English, Ukrainian, Finnish, Polish, German and Estonian. On our website, you can also learn more about the Teach Peace project and explore our other resources.
The Teach Peace project is implemented within the Erasmus+ Programme with the support of the European Union.
