On Erasmus + days, we are pleased to introduce the Teach Peace project, an Erasmus+ initiative dedicated to strengthening peace education and dialogue practices among adults across Europe. 💬 The objective of the project is to develop a peace education program that can be widely implemented in adult education and other sectors. The project aims to enhance adult educators’ competencies in teaching conflict resolution skills. Additionally, it seeks to promote peace, civic engagement, and participation.🌱 🤝Teach Peace brings together five partner organizations working collaboratively to foster dialogue and peacebuilding:Työväen Akatemia (Finland) 🇫🇮“Let’s Talk” Foundation (Poland) 🇵🇱Estonian Dialogue Academy (Estonia)

Through Teach Peace, we’re creating opportunities for adults to develop skills that strengthen understanding, dialogue, and active citizenship. Our goal is to strengthen educators’ competences in dialogue, cooperation, and conflict resolution — helping build more inclusive and understanding communities across Europe. Together with partners from Finland, Poland, Estonia, Austria, and Ukraine, we’re creating a practical training programme and tools that support adult educators in promoting dialogue and civic engagement. On 8–9 September 2025, the partners of the Teach Peace project gathered in Kauniainen, Finland, to officially launch the initiative within the framework of the Erasmus+ programme. Hosted by Työväen Akatemia, the project coordinator, the meeting brought together representatives from Finland, Poland, Estonia, and Ukraine, marking the beginning of a shared journey dedicated to promoting peace through adult education. Partners had the opportunity to meet face-to-face, build team spirit, and plan the first stages of project implementation — including the research phase and project management practices.
