This report presents the findings of the research phase of the Teach Peace project, analyzing the needs and practices of peace education for adults in Finland, Poland, Estonia, Austria, and Ukraine. Based on surveys from 146 adult educators and expert trainers, the study identifies key challenges, competence gaps, and practical requirements for conflict resolution and dialogue. These results serve as the foundation for developing a European-wide peace training programme, ensuring that the project's future educational tools and digital resources are practical, inclusive, and directly tailored to the real-world needs of educators and their communities.
